Soft berry fruit characters but still showing good body with soft tannins and a gentle grind of black pepper on the finish.

A good mouth filling red showing mulled fruits and a well balanced finish with subtle tannins.

Rioja Crianza, Lealtanza 2007 Spain   £21.95
A modern fruit driven Rioja without too much oak but with a lot of ripe and juicy fruits and light oak. Intense but well balanced.

Pinot Noir, La Boussole 2010 France    £23.50
A light fruit driven wine from the south of France packed with black cherries and a mouthful that shows good maturity for its’ age with soft tannins all the way to the finish.

Merlot, Logan Apple Tree Flat 2010 Australia    £24.50
This super juicy red is full of deep ripe cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant flavours with hints of chocolate and is still our longest serving red!

Malbec, Kaiken 2010 Argentina    £25.50
Round and spicy tannins with a delicious bramble and cassis jam characters. Big but with a good finish.

Shiraz, Franklin Tate 2010 Australia    £25.95
This wine shows a very attractive spicy Shiraz lift with a lovely oak background. The Palate is typical of The Margaret style, with a spicy edge to soft cherry fruit.

Châteaux La Croix, Blanche Montagne St Emillion 2009 France    £31.95
Elegant, powerful and Merlot dominated. Spending 12 months on oak (33% new). The tannins are present but soft with black fruits and spicy notes.

Les Beaumonts, Domaine Arnoux 2008 France    £38.75
This classic Pinot Noir is a light fruity example from the home of burgundy. Juicy Morello Cherry characters, medium bodied with a long herby finish This wine is a fabulous match for the lighter dishes from both of land and sea.

A lovely crisp and refreshing Sauvignon, mouth watering lemon zest and grapefruit flavours with a soft fresh finish

Rioja Blanco, Marques de Artillo 2010 Spain   £18.95
Light yet full of fruits on the palate and a crisp dry finish.

Pinot Blanc, Joseph Cattin 2010 Alsace, France   £19.95
Round and fruity with the typical flavours of the Alsace region. Light acidity leaves a sweet smooth edge on the medium  dry finish.

Vouvrey, Guy Saget 2010 Loire Valley, France   £22.75
This classic medium sweet wine gushes refreshment. It's full of smooth mouth filling fruits and is very popular with the ladies. A real treat!

Petit Chablis, Domaine de la Meuliere 2009 Burgandy, France   £22.95
Classic textbook Petit Chablis. Full of fruit with a clean steely mineral finish. This is great wine in its class.

Sauvignon Blanc, Grove Mill 2010 Malborough, New Zealand   £24.50
A fabulous fruity and floral example in the New Zealand style with a fine dry zingy finish.

Sancerre, Domain Yves Martin 2010 Loire Valley, France   £32.95
Based in Chavignol which is one of the best sites in Sancerre, offers a fresh and zesty mouthful with lime and lemon characters.

Puilly Fuisse, Coruin 2009 Burgandy, France   £37.50
The wonderdul nose giving off grapes, honey and green apple is achieved by using the Chardonnay grape to its full raisin edged potential. The area of Pouilly is located on the southern edge of Burgandy where the warm climate ensures high levels of ripeness and complexity.
